What the support covers
Where an eligible cleaning issue falls within the originally agreed scope, re-cleaning may be arranged within 5 days of the original cleaning being completed.
When the five-day period starts
The period starts at completion of the original service. Re-clean work under this commitment must be completed within this five-day period.
Scope and limitations
This support applies to eligible cleaning issues within the original scope. It does not guarantee the return of a rental bond.
